Bottle Filler (filling and closing machine) BK-Series

The bottle infeed into the filling and closing machine is done by means of a bottle unscrambler unit. The bottles are given as unsorted bulk material into a pre-installed silo unit, taken out of this silo, are sorted and correctly transported into the machine. The bottle unscrambler unit can be positioned in front of the machine or feeding of bottles can be carried out from the upper floor.

Performance Diagramme

It is possible to run output between 30 and 34 strokes / minute, in special design up to 37 strokes / minute. The performance of the machine depends on the filling volume, the bottle parameters and the filling product.
