Bottle Filler (filling and closing machine for preformed bottles) - Flexline

The bottle infeed into the filling and closing machine is done by means of a bottle unscrambler unit. The bottles are given as unsorted bulk material into a pre-installed silo unit, taken out of this silo, are sorted and correctly transported into the machine. The bottle unscrambler unit can be positioned in front of the machine or feeding of bottles can be carried out from the upper floor.

The output of the machine depends on the product and filling volume - reference product is drinking yogurt, filling volume 100 ml.
